These terms govern your use of the Gwajee platform (the “Service”), operated by Nayora Vital LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Account use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. One person per account unless your subscription allows additional seats.

Educational nature

Gwajee is an educational study and live-trivia tool. Content is provided for learning and review. It is not professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace guidance from qualified instructors or clinicians.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to cheat, harass, spam, impersonate others, or interfere with other users or games.
• Do not attempt to manipulate scores, bypass authentication or payments, or access data you are not authorized to see.
• Do not upload infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content or question sets without permission.

AI-generated content

AI-generated questions, images, lessons, and coaching output are drafts generated by models and may contain errors. They are provided for study and review and are not a substitute for expert-reviewed material. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it, and AI output is not professional or medical advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the then-published price. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal in your account, and access continues through the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Billing Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its original content are owned by Nayora Vital LLC or its licensors. You may use the Service only as permitted by these terms.

Your content

You retain rights to content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit, and we may remove content that violates these terms.

Service availability and termination

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
